Solar energy is growing at a tremendous rate, but finding good project sites is a slow and manual process. Our product uses GIS, satellite and climate data to scan hundreds of thousands of potential sites, letting our customers quickly find the best sites for their projects. Our goal is to drastically speed up renewable energy adoption by making it fast and simple to develop solar projects, in order to accelerate what we call the solar revolution.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a growth-minded Sales Development Representative who will help us scale international sales and ensure strong customer engagement. Our ideal candidate will take ownership of their pipeline and is excited by the opportunity that ambiguity creates. As a startup, it is imperative that our team be adaptable as we continuously improve our product and processes.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with both COO Even Kvelland and VP of Sales Evan Sarkisian in building and converting our sales pipeline.
Own the sales cycle from lead identification and meeting scheduling to negotiation and deal close
Identify new prospects through outbound sales motions including: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
Manage a growing pipeline of opportunities across diverse regions
Maintain quality data and dependable forecasts
Drill down to understand the customer’s pain points and how we may solve them
Establish credibility through a consultative sales method and build relationships across the solar industry
Attend conferences and trade shows
Qualifications
1.5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience
Comfortable selling internationally with an interest in understanding a diverse target audience
Collaborative spirit both within the sales team and across to our friends in product
Experience or interest in renewable energy
Excellent communication skills, oral and written (English)
Experience with CRM (we use Hubspot) and sales analytics
Roll up your sleeve-mentality where you contribute where needed
