What we’re looking for

We have taken some big steps recently and are ready to start moving much quicker. As our financial controller you will work closely with CEO Harald Olderheim in ensuring that the company can move swiftly.

Financial controller

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing accounting and finance operations, including reporting of results

• Coordinating and preparing budgets and financial forecasts and strategies

• Managing and complying with Norwegian reporting requirements and tax filings

• Supporting liquidity management by preparing cash flow and other financial analyses and by developing efficient internal processes

• Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of control procedures to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

• Managing the interface towards external accountants and auditors

• As we are a small but quickly growing company, there will also be other operational tasks such as hiring, grant reporting, board papers, HR related topics and other

Ideal qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Business or other Finance related subjects

• 2+ years of overall combined accounting, auditing or finance experience

• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced knowledge of Excel

• Self-motivated, with drive to succeed and demonstrate initiative

• Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English and Norwegian
