Social media has brought amazing opportunities for people to connect and build communities around interests documented as content. This content is a valuable resource businesses license to use in their marketing, thus leveraging the creator's brand and community. In most cases, everything is fine and dandy!

Unfortunately, not every business believe they should pay creators, when they use their content. This is where CatchScan enters the picture - we identify misused content and collects rightful payment to creators. On the surface it is that simple but underneath there is an complex system at work tackling multiple problem domains.

Here are some qualifications that increase your likeliness to be successful in this role.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in Linux and other *nix systems

• Knowledge of docker and docker composed files

• Experience with programming in Python (Flask)

• Knowledge about PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• Comfortable in Agile and Agile based development processes

• Fluent in English and/or Danish

The work at CatchScan happens in a hybrid culture, which is quite remote friendly. We have an office in Aalborg, but work can be performed from home. We do, however, have an expectation of seeing you physically once in awhile for company get-togethers and social events.

Our interview process

1. The mutual fit is important so we start out with a phone screening, where you will have plenty of opportunity ask questions! Don't expect us to monologue for hours.

2. Up for the challenge? You'll be assigned a challenge where you'll have the opportunity to show of your skills by solving real-world problems that we are facing on a daily basis!
