ROLE BACKGROUND

Droppe is an online wholesale marketplace that helps industrial buyers bulk order from Europe’s top equipment manufacturers. At Droppe, we are bringing leading industrial brands to one place, unlocking access to direct bulk orders, and ultimately, getting European wholesale more connected.

Since 2020, Droppe has served 600+ industrial buyers in 3 countries.

As a part-time Operations Associate, you will be a part of the global Supplier Operations team. Activities include listing products, sending product samples, and proactively supporting the team in solving operational challenges. In this role, you'll get a lot of help and support on the way but are also expected to grow into a highly driven and detail-oriented person that can help the team flexibly with different tasks.

Droppe is seeking a self-starter who:

• Is a fast learner; ability to quickly master information around industrial equipment & wholesale

• Is creative and positive; finds new solutions to old industry problems, likes to automate things & continuously removes bottlenecks

• Has excellent communication skills in English (plus one in: Finnish, Swedish or German); empathic and understands the needs of different stakeholders

• Is ready to get her/his hands dirty; likes to crunch numbers and do repetitive tasks

• Is ambitious; not afraid of taking responsibility 

• Available to work 2-3 days per week from Helsinki
