As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for the whole project cycle of creating new VR training products. You will work closely with the VR developers and 3D artists and be guiding them in the creation and deployment of new VR applications. You will have direct contact with the subject matter experts and be responsible for understanding their needs and how our VR solutions can meet these.

What you will be doing:

• Lead planing and execution of new development work.

• Work closely with developers and 3D artists.

• Iterate with the subject-matter expert.

• Test and evaluate the product together with the client, including performing VR user studies.

• Continuously work with improving the implementation process.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with game engines such as Unity / Unreal. Preferably hands-on experience from working with the development process of Unity or Unreal projects.

• Great communication skills. You will need to understand and communicate clearly with non-technical customers as well as highly technical colleagues.

• Structured. We are working with cutting-edge technology that is new to many of our clients, easily resulting in unexpected challenges. The processes needs to be very well-organized and structured. You need to be able to plan clearly and make sure to meet deadlines.

• Technical interest. You should have experience in working with highly technical products as well as a strong interest in new technology.

• Results-oriented and pragmatic. You need to be focused on the client need and the bigger picture, helping your team and other stakeholders to focus on the right tasks.

• Great spoken and written English & Swedish. You need to be at ease coordinating with Swedish speaking customers.
