We are currently looking for an Swedish speaking Sales Development Representative, to help us reach more potential clients in Sweden. We have a proven Go To Market strategy, but we also know that every market is different, so we need you to take charge and optimize the current GTM for the Swedish market.
We are looking for a driven, talented, self motivated person to join our team of great salespeople. You will be qualifying outbound leads and establishing the first communication with them. Needless to say, your role is paramount in expanding the business. Together with your colleagues and our Account Executives, you will be in charge of getting new clients on board while also making sure that they are well-informed about the value of our product.

This is an ideal role for an articulate, determined, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about starting a career in sales and business development at a fast-growing startup.
Sales experience in SaaS, tech, IT, software industries.
Must have excellent communication skills and command of the Swedish and English language
Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) CRM tools HubSpot and SEP eg. SalesLoft.
Comfortable conversing about web technologies (SaaS), process automation, IT compliance and basic finance terms (budgeting, invoicing, payments and costs etc.).
Proactive mindset and upbeat personality, with strong organizational skills.
Drive Viio’s revenue growth through outreach via phone, email, and demo requests.
Become an expert on the Viio's platform and integrations, succinctly communicate the Viio value proposition.
Be the driving force in developing and localizing the Swedish Go To Market, by understanding and adjusting to local needs and customs.
Set up appointments for the sales team, and meet a weekly goal of outbound meetings set.
Connect with as many leads as possible via emails, voicemail, personalized videos, etc.
Book demos and meetings between potential customers and our Account Executives.
