We are a non-profit organisation with high ambitions and a strong purpose to improve the healthcare system through health tech.
The healthcare system in Denmark and all over the world faces an increased demand and reduced workforce capacity both urgently now and even more in the future. Health tech is an important part of the solution, and our core mission at Health Tech Hub Copenhagen is to find the best, most proven health tech from all over the world, and get it in the hands of those patients and citizens who need it.

Map and compare international frameworks for scaling health tech, health tech assessment, etc.

Instead of a specific background, we expect you to have:
Keen interest in healthcare, in tech and healthcare policy
Proven track-record of complex analysis projects (type does not matter)
Strong in communication, visualizing and presenting insights
High sense of ownership and outcome-focus to complete your projects and create genuine value Structured and analytical mindset
Constructive approach rather than linger on problems
Thrives going through big bulks of text and various complex information, condensing it down for others
Written and oral fluency in both English and Danish (native or proficient)
Friendly vibe and a sense of humour
You might have had 3+ years as consultant, business analyst or similar, but we would like to hear from qualified people with any background.
HTHC is a non-profit organisation with both members and partners. Our members are mature startups and scaleups with leading health tech solutions and global ambitions, and we share office space with many of them. Our partners are Danish and international healthcare actors and providers, both public and private, e.g., university hospitals, non-profits, insurance companies, pharma. We also work closely with and advice Danish policy makers.
We are a small team of 8 people (growing rapidly), including successful software founders, a black belt in creating events, an innovation doctor with a famous whisky company on the side, and a nurse who plans the best team days ever. On the best days we also have a kindhearted office dog snoring under one of our tables.
The office is located two minutes from Nørreport station, and our coffee machine makes great coffee.
We value diversity, both in backgrounds and in experiences. We believe every person should have access to good health, and to build an accessible and inclusive healthcare future, we need help from people with diverse backgrounds. Our team exercises a culture of trust, openness, self-reflection and we support individual growth.
If this endeavor excites you, write us a few lines (in English) about yourself and why you want to join our team, share your CV and send us what represents you best: a clip, a piece of your portfolio, a showcase of previous work etc. We will invite for interviews ongoing, therefore please submit your application as soon as possible, but no later than 15th January 2023.
