By helping people share cars, we decrease the amount of cars in cities and take better care of our planet. We help more than 3 million members across six different countries to share cars through Peer2peer-rental and leasing.

Our Lease & Share concept is growing, wherefore we are looking for a new sales oriented and sharp colleague to become our Leasing Specialist.

Our private leasing business is unique of its kind and one of Sweden's greenest leasing solutions, where you can share your leasing car when you're not using it.

You will be responsible for our day-to-day work within private leasing and report to our Head of GoMore Sweden, Klara. The work takes place from our cozy office at Södermalm in Stockholm, together with seven colleagues in our Swedish at GoMore.

You will thrive in this role if:

• You are a sales person who loves to talk to people over the phone

• You deliver excellent customer experiences over email and phone

• You are solution oriented and able to work structured 

• You can work independently, but also as a team player

• You enjoy a social and high pace work culture  

• You have previous experience from working with sales

• You have some knowledge of and interest in cars

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English as well as solid written skills in both languages

  
  

As our Leasing Specialist your main responsibilities will be: 

• Day-to-day customer contact: managing inbound and outbound contacts with new and potential leasing customers, delivering great customer experience over email and phone.

• Leasing offers and leasing contracts: you will handle the whole sales process, selling both used and new private leasing contracts - from first contact to closing the deal.

• Leasing partner dialogue: you will be responsible for our day-to-day contact with our leasing partner, managing important partner relationships, while handling orders and following-up on leasing customers and contracts.

• Development of leasing: together with our Head of GoMore Sweden you will continuously work towards developing our leasing business in general, such as partner agreements, leasing offers and processes.

• Ad-hoc growth activities: together with the rest of the team, join growth actions and activities to spread the word about GoMore to make sure we grow even further in Sweden.
