We are looking for a talented Customer Care Associate to join our Swedish team in Stockholm!

You will thrive in this role if:

• You can work independently, but also as a team player

• You enjoy a social and high pace work culture 

• You have previous experience working with customer service or customer success

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English as well as solid written skills in both languages

  
  

As our Customer Care Associate your main responsibilities will be: 

• Day-to-day customer service: managing inbound and outbound contacts with new and potential users, delivering great customer service over phone, chat and email.

• Insurance processes and case handling: together with our insurance partner, you will handle insurance cases and make sure that our insurance processes run smoothly.  

• Reviews and recommendations: you will maintain and answer user reviews, Google Reviews and Trustpilot recommendations.

• Customer care function: you will play an important part in our team by supporting the development of our customer care function, processes and tools.
