🌎 Mission: Making sustainability a default. 

Our ambition is to help consumers globally make sustainable purchase decisions and encourage companies to transition to sustainable production practices - so that the word sustainability no longer needs to be used. Simply put, we make sustainability a default. 

Product: Archr is an ecosystem of sustainability solutions, offering a sustainability comparison platform on product-level and a SaaS-solution (for companies), giving consumers the ability to easily make informed purchase decisions. Through the utilization of technology, Archr connects and creates value for various stakeholders in a transparent, objective, and scalable way.

Team:

• The team consists of two co-founders, one sustainability researcher, and one front-end developer. Everyone has 1-2 years of professional experience from various areas like sustainability, technology, marketing/sales and project management (Nordea, Etikivest, Klimatstudenterna, CSG, SSCA).

• Been part of SSE Business Lab (Ideate and Activate) where companies like Klarna and Voi also started their journey.

• Backed by experts in the technology and sustainability field.

Stage:

• An early-stage startup founded in February 2022.

• Have created the sustainability rating system for products and services.

• Found product-market fit.

• About to launch the first version very soon. 

• Looking for investment in order to scale.

Position:

• Being part of creating the foundations for Archr’s strategy within technology, including infrastructure and database management.

• Lead product development while at the same time being hands-on in making our solution a reality. Especially within the backend, where most of your time will be spent.

• Being responsible for the existing developer team, recruiting new tech-talents, test and optimize user experience, and having an ability to make things happen (strong doer).

• Wearing many hats, therefore, being able and willing to learn fast rather than having all knowledge and experience at hand.

• You love problem-solving and have the mentality that nothing is impossible, and always being willing to test various routes to get to our end goal. 

Requirements:

• Archr values interest and willingness to learn over knowledge and experience. However, having an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the intersection of sustainability / technology comes natural to you.

• Being able to code in usual languages like Javascript, React, CSS, HTML.

• Strong technology knowledge and experience, background in computer science/ software engineering (with a focus as a backend developer).

• Experience in establishing infrastructure, managing databases, creating API:s and algorithms is meriting.

The position is half to full-time with an equity stake. Salary will be paid upon investment.
