Twebcast is expanding and we are looking for a Digital Event Production Manager, who wants to join our production team working with some of the worlds largest brands. With a strong position in the market we work closely with both event agencies and corporate clients.

About the role

You'll work in a team of other Digital Production Managers, whose main task is to process and produce event related content in a digital format on our platform for our clients. Our projects are executed during live events primarily in Sweden. You are responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are delivered with the highest possible quality.

Primary responsibilities

• Production and design of event related content using our own platform Twebcast.

• First line of contact for our clients.

• Receive and collect material from clients.

• Develop projects and mockups, and adapt them based on customer feedback before final delivery.

• Test and quality assure projects.

• Support our clients & partners.

• Run live events together with our clients, on-site.

• Collaborate with and support our sales team as production support, both from our office and in client meetings.

• Run follow ups and solve issues together with our product and tech teams, to constantly simplify and streamline the platform, production and the way we deliver our services.

Who we are looking for

You are just finished with your Event industry studies or have worked in the industry for a while but are intrigued by the digital aspect of it. You're comfortable with mainly working in a platform environment. You're a service-minded superstar who thrives in an environment where you work independently, but still likes to be a part of a team with a great spirit and a sense of humor. To thrive in this role you are structured with an eye for details and a sense of design. You're a problem solver that with ease can support and communicate with our clients during production. We strongly appreciate your ability to clearly communicate technical issues and anticipate risks during the project.

Requirements

• Event industry background or education

• Experience in editing softwares, or design-related work

• Project management skills

• Live event experience

• Proficiency in professional English and Swedish

Good to have (but not necessary)

Knowledge in HTML / CSS
