Admin:

  • Customer service: responding to customer service emails weekly, schedule meetings

  • Providing support during launches (webinars): send out invites, sign up for email list

  • Prepare documents, such as marketing packages for partners

  • Admin tasks (organizing files, uploading documents)

 

Marketing:

  • Own marketing activities (social media scheduling, campaigns, partner marketing, newsletters, marketing funnel systems)

  • Social media: scheduling posts, engaging with people, sharing content as part of marketing campaigns such as in groups, managing groups for the company

  • Create presentations based on branding strategy

  • Advanced: help to to create partnerships with affiliate partners, cold outreach, sending emails

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in admin and marketing tasks

  • Good but not required: knowledge of the Swedish market, lives in Sweden, want to move to Sweden, good English writing skills

  • Additional plus if knowledge of WordPress, Learn Dash, graphic design, video editing

  • 5-10 hours weekly

  • A 3-6 month commitment with possibility of extension

 

About:

This is a remote position, with occasional meetups in person. This position is unpaid and therefore a good fit for someone looking to expand their marketing skills, such as a student or entry-level, or someone who has more experience but wants to put a Swedish company on their CV.
