We are looking for someone with experience in social media management to join our team! Intertalents in Sweden is currently in the start-up phase and after releasing our prototype with good success, we now want to move into the marketing phase. This position will allow someone to have full ownership of the social media strategy and build the channels and audience from the ground up. Additionally, the same content that would need to be created for social media posts can also be used as blog posts and other such content, therefore this is a great opportunity for someone who also enjoys writing articles or even designing.
Tasks:
Own marketing activities (social media scheduling, campaigns, partner marketing, newsletters)
Social media: scheduling posts, engaging with people, sharing content as part of marketing campaigns such as in groups, managing groups for the company
Create content: social media posts, blog posts, articles, etc.
Requirements:
At least 1-year experience in social media management (training is available for entry-level)
Good but not required: knowledge of the Swedish market, lives in Sweden, want to move to Sweden, good English writing skills
Additional plus if knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling tools
5-10 hours weekly
A 3-6 month commitment with the possibility of extension

This is a remote position, with occasional meetups in person. This position is unpaid and therefore a good fit for someone looking to expand their marketing skills, such as a student or entry-level, or someone who has more experience but wants to put a Swedish company on their CV.
