The Marketing Manager role at LAMB is a varied one – and there will never be a dull day. Your hard-working and self-starting personality will thrive among this passionate team – who all believe with their whole hearts in what we’re building, and know where to run on their own without a whole lot of direction.
You’re a marketing generalist – understanding the overall marketing mix, and knowing a bit about each area (growth marketing and inbound strategies, content marketing and social media, partnerships, PR). But you have a particular talent for content creation/gathering and storytelling. You live to craft powerful stories that will position us as a thought leader when it comes to the future of the office, work environments and the importance of self-leadership.

LAMB is repositioning and rebranding in early January, and you will join as we establish our new brand on the market. You will report to the CEO.

How you will make an impact
You will be responsible for implementing, executing and developing LAMB’s marketing strategy - playing a key role in a central part of our business.
Based on LAMB’s business objectives, you will use data, insights, value propositions, and core messaging to create tailored customer-facing marketing activities to attract users across our customer segments.
You understand the B2B sales process, and will align closely with our sales teams to support their efforts of generating new business.
You will be responsible for the daily execution of the content strategy across channels. That includes capturing visual content, writing posts for social media, uploading content and replying to interactions on the different platforms.
You will be responsible for writing copy for a variety of channels/purposes.
You will also ensure that our event schedule gets put into our app and in the Bruce app. You will work closely with the Event Manager to ensure the correct schedule and descriptions of the event are communicated.
You will have oversight of SEM/paid ads efforts and ensuring investments done serves LAMB’s business objectives.
Who you are
5+ years of relevant experience and a track record of translating sales needs and processes into marketing strategies and tactics to maximize business objectives.
Proven ability to initiate and build high-performing B2B/B2C programs and processes with marketing automation, events, and content marketing.
You’re a self-starter able to drive both strategy, ideation and tactical execution.
Very high skills in written communication in English.
Great understanding of messaging and positioning, with a demonstrated track record of adapting messaging to relevant target audiences.
A proven track record of using insights, data, and analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth.
A clear understanding of sales processes and marketing funnels and how to impact and optimize each stage.
Ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a similar field.
