At resOS, we are looking for a customer service employee with a good understanding of marketing, sales, and community management. Do you love customer service and sales? Are you creative and have technical flair? Then we need you!
We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about customer service and communication, but also has the courage to assist our marketing team with various smaller tasks.
The job primarily revolves around working directly in assisting our customers in setting up resOS as well as helping them solve various problems in this regard. We expect you to be interested in written customer service (email-based) and we expect you to be fluent in English. In this job, 80% of your time will be spent working on customer service.
resOS is a fast-growing online operating system for restaurants across the globe. You will be making sure we provide the best customer service in the industry, support, and marketing-related tasks, coordination, and ad-hoc tasks. You’ll play an important part in helping resOS grow its customer base and strengthen its online marketing.
resOS is built to simplify the way restaurants across the globe handle their daily operations. This includes an intelligent management system that allows the restaurant to easily handle everything that has to do with table reservations, bookings, table planning, and a bunch of other restaurant-related features. resOS also includes a takeaway system. The system’s modern design, simplicity, intelligent features, and affordable prices make resOS the ideal management system for restaurants of all sizes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is eager to help resOS towards becoming the number one choice for restaurants all over the world and strengthen its online marketing activities.
You’ll join a young team of entrepreneurs who built resOS from scratch. You will get a lot of skills related to the sales and marketing field and will learn a lot about working in a start-up. You will work closely with 3 other students and our founders.
Provide customer service and support to customers and potential customers
Follow and close deals with sales leads
Assist in creating content for the website via WordPress and smaller SEO tasks
Different ad-hoc related tasks.

We are looking for a candidate full of energy and drive combined with a target-driven mentality. Perhaps you are currently working with customer service, sales, and marketing and want to try working with customer service in a fast-paced start-up environment?
Proficiency in English
Currently enrolled in an AP, bachelor, or master’s degree program
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Open-minded, positive, and eager to learn and gain a lot of awesome experiences
Experience with outbound/inbound sales is considered a plus
Experience with online marketing is considered a plus.
You'll be working either remotely or from our office at 24Labs (www.24labs.dk) in Copenhagen, together with 50+ developers, marketing-people, and startup-geeks working for Twentyfour, EasyPractice, and a bunch of other companies.
The office provides lunch, coffee, table tennis, padel tennis, football, regular Friday bars, and a great atmosphere.
We are looking for someone who can start in February 2023. The position is part-time/paid by the hour and we expect you to be able to work a minimum of one hour per day, including some weekends. We look forward to receiving your application.
