Seeking natural Communications and Marketing Talent to join the "LAUNCH TEAM" of an exciting digital product targeted at entrepreneurs and finance professionals in Europe.

Yusufa Sey is the Founder of IPO Capital (Search Fund / Investment Company) which he used as a platform to start building a fast growing and profitable group of companies via M&A, and is now sharing his learnings from that journey through the launch of an e-learning course.

The course will be launched as the V1 product of a new media company together with Yusufa's Partner Jacob Hansen (a fellow "Acquisition Entrepreneur") on the 30th of January 2023 to a community of European entrepreneurs and finance professionals who are considering building their businesses through the "Buy Then Build" movement (as opposed to the "start-from-scratch" path that is the more common way to build a company).

In 2019 Yusufa founded a holding company named Northern Industries in the U.K which he used to acquire 4 U.K Steel Manufacturing businesses in just 2.5 years, grow his group by triple digits in that time from 0 Euros in revenue to an almost 40M Euro revenue group with 300 full time employees.

The e-learning course will teach this path of entrepreneurship to those who are bold enough to challenge the conventional concept of (have an idea, find co-founders, raise money, try to launch a product, try to scale - and likely crash whilst trying)

Having both had multiple experiences building companies from scratch, Yusufa and Jacob have vowed to only build businesses in 1 of 2 ways going forward:

1. Buying a profitable cash generative business by executing a leverage buyout and building on top of the existing success of that business (similar to how Yusufa has built Northern Industries from an idea to 40M Euros in annual revenue in 2.5 years)

2. Building a company from scratch on the basis of its ability to generate revenues and earn a profit from day 1 (similar to this media company that you will be interning for)

This is a 4 month un-paid part time internship but as we plan on generating profits from day 1 there is a distinct opportunity for this to turn into a full time position (in a senior role, as you would be one of the very first employees) at the end of the internship - for the right candidate who demonstrates in-disposable value over the course of the Internship.

We are seeking 2 X Candidates to start from the 12th of January 2023.

It also goes without saying that as a key member of the team you will have free access to all of Yusufa and Jakob's learnings and course content, and you too can decide (if you so choose) to execute these strategies and build up your very own empire within a short few years.

The following experience is preferred:

• Demostrable experience growing an Instagram follower base

• Same as above but for Linkedin or Youtube

• Experience producing, editing, and designing SoMe clips and content that drives engagement
