We are looking for a team player who is comfortable to work independently as well to take our company to new heights in cooking up a storm in the DACH region. You need to be marketing technology skilled, analytical and data oriented. And German and English speaking.

We are looking to fill a  full-time and permanent marketing position in our growing international team.

This role is a mouth watering opportunity to introduce Custobar to a new market while hugely improving the DACH region’s retail/B2C marketing opportunities and further the region’s digitization process.


Your role and key responsibilities:

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting company growth in entering a new market as well as increasing brand awareness. Furthermore, you will be taking care of partner collaboration and events.

Your daily work will include LinkedIn and other social media campaigns, planning Google Ads with our partners, planning and executing partner marketing, planning and executing virtual and physical marketing events from webinars to roadshows, and more.

You will collaborate with other squad members in much of what you do. 


Your daily work will furthermore consist of:

  • Responsibilities for our website development

  • Brand management

  • Marketing communications

  • Digital marketing and marketing automation

  • Product marketing

  • Online sales


You know you succeed in your role when we see measurable growth of opportunities and leads, possibilities, clients, partners, and brand awareness in the DACH region. However, you can - to an extent - yourself define what the KPIs and other relevant metrics to track would be. That is, you can participate in defining your role and responsibilities as well as the way your success will be measured.


Our expectations for you to be successful in this role:

  • A deep understanding of the markets and the business culture in Germany/the DACH region

  • Experience in successfully entering new markets and supporting company growth

  • Experience in B2B marketing in a SaaS company

  • Experience in digital marketing & marketing automation

  • Experience in marketing analytics & reporting

  • Proven ability in planning, developing, implementing marketing strategies

  • Proven ability to design and coordinate successful marketing campaigns across digital channels

  • Understanding of content marketing and SEO

  • Experience in working with various marketing tools relating to market research, data analytics, website development and social media

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (German preferably as a native language)

  • Project management and people skills

  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting

  • Prior experience in growth hacking and/or fast-moving environments with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting results


First and foremost, you need to have a hands-on approach, because we Custobarians are not afraid to get our hands dirty (no work is beneath us).


We consider it an advantage if you have experience in:

  • Growth hacking

  • IT ecosystems

  • Working with marketing automation and consumer data

  • Experience in retail or B2C sector, in marketing, ecommerce, or digital development roles

  • Understanding the meaning and value of customer data for businesses

  • Utilising customer data in marketing

  • Understanding the Benelux B2B business culture


Other details:

Travelling: Events, fairs and expos in the DACH region. Finland to company get-togethers.
