We are looking for an experienced, commercially strong, and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Manager to join our team.     

 

About Axo Group  

Axo Group is a Fintech company and the go-to loan broker in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. In august 2022 Axo Group acquired the leading Credit check/scoring platform Defero as part of our expansion and growth strategy. Today the Group consists of approx. 100 employees working across the Nordic region and representing the following brands: Axo Finans, LendMe, Axolaina, and Defero. We have been in the market for +10 years. Our core business is private consumer loans and Credit check/scoring, but we are also working with add-on products like e.g., insurance.  

 

About the role 

Together with our current Automation team, Content team, and Product & Tech team you will be a key player in building and optimizing the customer journey and processes around our Marketing Automation setup. 

Together with our Data & Analytics team, you will also be a key player in building and optimizing the segments that we target with the right content, at the right time. You will also conduct post-campaign analysis to make sure we are producing the highest value.  

We are a performance and data-driven company with a strong commercial focus. You will be responsible for delivering relevant KPIs to make sure that we reach our business goals. Testing and learning are part of our DNA, and we are constantly challenging status quo to improve our results every day. 

We are looking for a candidate who primarily works from our office in Oslo, but you should expect some travel to our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Helsinki. 

 

Selections of tasks:   

  • Build and optimize the user journey across brands and markets 

  • Monitoring performance  

  • Coordinate with Product and Tech to ensure correct data flow and that we are tracking performance optimally. 

  • Ongoing A/B-testing  

  • Ensure that customer data in our Automation platform is of highest quality and suitable to meet both our own and the customers' needs 

  • Build relevant customer segments  

  • Analyze performance via PowerBi and report on your KPIs  

  • Project management and ensuring alignment between different stakeholders.  

 

Your competencies/experience:  

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a strong analytical mindset, a structured way of working, and with an eye for detail. You are not afraid of taking ownership, making decisions, and being proactive and you are used to working in a performance and KPI-driven company. We expect you to have a good technical understanding, which makes you the optimal link between Product & Tech, and Marketing. You are used to working with Automation platforms e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Autopilot, or Ortto.    


  • 4+ years of relevant experience with data-driven marketing and Marketing Automation. 

  • You work solution-oriented and structured  

  • You have an analytical, data-driven, and challenging mindset  

  • You have good Excel skills  

  • You possess technical skills that enable you to work closely with our development team   

  • You have commercial flair and the ability to spot opportunities 

  • You are decisive and good at prioritizing 

  • You write and speak English
