Donkey Republic is looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents to give our Donkey riders an amazing and excellent customer experience!

About the role:
You will be part of a full-remote customer support team supporting our riders with all kinds of inquiries. The opening hours of our Customer Support are between 06:00-20:00 every day of the year. The number of hours can be agreed on during the interview process but will lay between 10-15 hours per week.
You will be working remotely and it's therefore not important where you are based or want to work from! However, we will make sure that you are part of the team despite the distance :) You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Support.
Your tasks include:
Making sure that all our riders have an amazing experience with Donkey!
Handling several phone calls, chats and emails throughout the above mentioned opening hours.
We expect you:
To have some experience in customer support.
Are fluent in German and English. It would be a very big plus if you speak French as well!
Are empathetic and love to talk to people.
Don't mind working on weekends and holidays. (We're open every day of the year!)
