We are now looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team with a 5-8 month fixed term basis (parental leave substitute), with a view of the role being permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding customers to provide optimal time-to-value

• Ensuring we meet and exceed the needs of existing customers

• Developing our customer success processes

• Orchestrating customer journey

• Providing support to key accounts

• Working in close collaboration with sales, marketing and product development

• Has solid understanding of basic and modern productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Pipedrive, Trello, Clickup, Slack etc..)
