We are now looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team with a 5-8 month fixed term basis (parental leave substitute), with a view of the role being permanent.

Responsibilities:
Onboarding customers to provide optimal time-to-value
Ensuring we meet and exceed the needs of existing customers
Developing our customer success processes
Orchestrating customer journey
Providing support to key accounts
Working in close collaboration with sales, marketing and product development
You have a desire to take responsibility and work in a startup environment
You are interested in technology and SaaS products

You are passionate about developing and managing a great customer journey
Has a great personality - that's what really matters
Has challenged themselves with relevant studies
Has experience in customer relationship management (e.g. customer success, sales, account management, project management, customer support)
Has a problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Is fluent with spoken and written Finnish and English (additional languages considered as an advantage)
Has solid understanding of basic and modern productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Pipedrive, Trello, Clickup, Slack etc..)
