We are currently looking for a new team member to work in customer success with an emphasis in sales and marketing.
Role description:
In the role, you will play an important part in contributing to the success of the company. You will get an opportunity to develop and deepen the customer success function together with key members of the team. You will also participate in a variety of tasks in sales and marketing. In the role, you will:
work closely with our customer base with an emphasis on Finnish and Swedish customers and make sure they get the most out of See the Good! and have a great experience using it
onboard our new customers and make sure our existing ones are well-versed in using the app and method
drive upsell opportunities
minimise churn in our customer base
develop our customer success processes by planning and testing new ideas and iterating old ones
plan, create and publish content through various marketing channels
help with recruiting colleagues to the customer success function

Our ideal candidate:
has fluent Swedish and Finnish skills.
Is also able to communicate in English (office language)
love of learning, curiosity, and perseverance are your strengths
has at least a year of work experience in customer success
has some work experience in social media and email marketing
enjoys picking up the phone and calling customers
loves processes and is accustomed in following them
