We are growing rapidly and need to strengthen our team with a Customer Success intern. Customer Experience is crucial to LOOP and we work closely with our customers to ensure their success.
We are looking for a driven, engaged and outgoing CX intern with a passion for making customers happy.

be responisble for the communication with our customers
periodically organize and manage meetings with customers
follow our customer success process and ensure the success of each initiative
track customer satisfaction, product usage etc. and report both internally to LOOP and to customers
work with continous improvement, gathering feedback from customers and interacting with UX and product development
manage customer expectations and deliverables
be the link to our customers, keeping track of their needs and aligning them with our product development roadmap
This internship lasts 6 months.
