E-commerce Creative Manager

The Head of E-commerce Creative works alongside our CEO to manage the TRIWA brand digitally and present our products and campaigns in the best possible manner. You’ll come up with ideas and contribute original design concepts as well as handle project design through execution. You will be in the heart of the consumer journey, making sure the consumers get inspired with the right information. You will also work alongside our performance agency to update them with our latest creatives and constantly monitor the website to see that we get our brand message through. As a person you thrive through reaching KPI results, exceeding sales targets and making the online shopping experience look and feel good. 



  • Own the ecommerce creative imagery project portfolio and roadmap

  • Understand and evaluate Analytics to better understand our customer and take a research & insight driven approach to creative projects

  • Be the owner of the quality, fashion authority and brand consistency within our ecommerce product imagery

  • Social media & newsletter copywriting 

  • Plan, execute & implement daily/weekly social media & newsletter visuals in respective formats 

  • Constantly create new ad sets for specific formats

  • Optimization of current ads

  • Create webshop content in specific format

  • Still imagery retouch 

  • Moving content clipping & editing 

  • Graphics 

  • Product Images manipulation / correction 

  • Provide all third parties with requested material

  • Weekly meetings / follow-ups for respective marketing channels



  • An ambitious creative  within digital retail and fashion, who understands imagery production at scale, and awareness of end to end creative studio processes.

  • Experienced as a creative, within an ecommerce environment.

  • Someone with a passion for solving customer problems and developing creative solutions for them.

  • A brilliant communicator.

  • Adaptable, flexible and able to work with both creative and operational profiles alike.

  • A progressive thinker with an open mind toward technology, automation and innovation.
