At Fullview, we found out that technical customer support is broken so we made it our mission to reshape it. We're building a category defining business that takes the guess away when doing support.
We enable support and engineering teams to:
understand their customers issues without doing the back and forth via chat. We do that by allowing them to watch the sessions of their customers including the under the hood info like console and network logs
help their customers to solve their issues from with their web apps, by easily starting a multi player screen control, along with audio and video
pass on bugs and ux info to engineering teams, with a click of a button, rather than long Jira or GitHub tickets.
Fullview was founded in 2021 out of Copenhagen, but with a global mindset from the get-go. We're a team of 14 ambitious problem solvers and tech enthusiasts, with experiences ranging from product growth, customer success, and software development. We're obsessed about offering a great user experience and we believe that siloed solutions like Intercom, Zoom, Hotjar, and Teamviewer simply don't cut it anymore.
We raised $10m from top investors in the US, Lightspeed Venture Partners, along with a lineup of great founders of billion $ startups (Coinbase, Unity, Spotify, etc)

About you...
5+ years developing complex software, ideally JavaScript frameworks (Node.js - TypeScript)
Significant experience in building robust RESTful APIs
Strong track record in building scalable systems in cloud infrastructures (AWS)
Interacted with dedicated real-time bidirectional communication (WebRTC)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance
You enjoy breaking complex tasks down into small deliverables, iteratively
You will be working closely with the entire founding team with the mission to shape a world class product experience, therefore we count on you to be able to put yourself in the shoes of our users, customer support teams from around the world
