Kendis is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing sales team. This role requires the candidate to be highly motivated, enthusiastic as well as having great communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have direct contact with New and Existing Kendis customers and would be expected to assist with the onboarding and setup process. Including one-on-one calls and virtual meetings for new businesses, actively moving through the onboarding funnel.

Responsibilities
Assist new customers in onboarding Kendis Software
Help customers maximize the value to the fullest in order for them to benefit from their investment.
Drive increased customer satisfaction and ultimately expand the Kendis footprint within organisations.
Proactively perform calls to highlight functionality and benefits
Educate customers on various use cases to resolve organisational issues or pain points. .
Be the trusted partner for customers on use cases and product functionality
Post sale engagement with customers in onboarding or steady state phases and work with end users' operational, business, and financial decision-makers including long-term change management, and contract renewal
Accurately representing customers' voices inside Kendis, ensuring customers' needs are properly captured, and making their voices heard as appropriate.
Required Competencies
Technical understanding to credibly work within IT organisations
Experience in using Agile tools, preferably Atlassian Jira, and Microsoft Azure DevOps
Familiarity with agile and project management domain
Intimate knowledge of working practices within IT structure
Track record of performance and a growth mindset
Ability to be influential and be a team contributor
Proven track record in building relationships with customers and a broad set of stakeholders.
Anticipate problems and seeks out solutions proactively
Demonstrate the ability to have difficult conversations with peers, customers, and Stakeholders
