Scale-up company Current are looking for a Head of Sales to join our Current ECO - Saas portifolio Team! In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing strategy for the Sales team to achieve team goals and targets. You will ensure the sales team has all the ongoing sales, product, operational training, and resources needed to do their jobs effectively and to build a robust and growth-oriented business.

Collaborate with marketing to execute sales strategies and tactics designed to land new and grow client labels.
Drive account growth by collaborating across internal departments to ensure that client expectations and requirements are clearly understood and deliverables are met on an on-going basis.
Provide weekly feedback on sales activities and progress against targets.
Continue to scale, build and manage a high performing strategic sales team.
Manage the sales-cycle including qualification and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently delivering on aggressive sales goals.
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing.
Create and deliver accurate forecasts in HubSpot
Requirements:
5-7+ years B2B SaaS experience with enterprise accounts.
Understands various stages of typical solution sales cycle
Build and manage a sales plan.
Ability to write presentations.
Proven experience initiating, developing & closing enterprise sales deals.
Structure complex deals involving multiple departments and stakeholders
Record and document all sales activities in HubSpot
Work closely with product management to make sure partner feedback is understood.
Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.
Proven track record of exceptional sales success and operational excellence through creating successful internal & external partnerships
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred
