Who are you?

You don't need massive experience or a fancy degree. Heck, you don't even need to be in Denmark (that's where we HQ).

But we need you to be coachable, empathetic, and - above all - a go-getter.

You're in the process of doing a degree or just want to hone your skills.

Or you simply feel Ximplifi is a mission you cannot miss.

We currently build with tailwind.ui components. But if you can make something great out of something else, we want you to tell and show us.

If you know the following, you're in a great position:

• Tailwind.ui

• CSS/HTML

• React/Vue

• Javascript

• Github

We won't expect it, but it would be great if you've worked with:

• Microsoft Azure (and/or AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)

• Azure DevOps

• Common UX principles

Who we are

Ximplifi is a couple of former Microsoft folks who realized cloud computing wasn't making the business impact it was supposed to.

It's extremely hard to find people capable of building innovative business apps in the cloud that don't break the business' bank in the process.

So, we built a secure SaaS to take the pain and frustrations of managing costs in environments, not in production.

We're laid back, direct, and super simple to be around (at least in our minds).

And we want to build a company with folks who want to make simple solutions to complex matters.

Folks who care less about building high-tech solutions, and more about solving actual problems for people and businesses. Around the globe.

What you cannot expect

It's easy for us to write it here. But we want to try the best we can to make it worthwhile for you, so, DON'T:

• Think you must know it all. We're learning together

• Shut your mouth if you feel it's important to you, and - especially - the customer(s)

• Believe you must do it alone. We're in it together. We set targets together. We travel together.

  
  

What you can expect

We're still in the process of getting substantial revenues. But we don't want anyone to feel exploited.

To make it worthwhile, we offer you the following:

• Unlimited flexibility - we just need to know how you progress and meet expectations. How you get there and from where is irrelevant to us

• Warrant program - if we find a great balance together and it makes sense, we want you to benefit from your contributions

• Salary - when we get to a point where it's possible (shouldn't be long)

How we interview

Don't expect a tiring, extensive process. We hate that ourselves. But we want to make sure we are a great fit for each other. So, this is how it goes after we've vetted your application:

1. Call/Virtual Meet (~15 min)

2. Fit and challenge interview (~60 min)

3. Try-out, pre-internship (4 weeks)

4. Review - Yes/No

5. We're on!
