Marketing Manager (who loves brand and content)

Salary €35,000 - €42,000

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our growing marketing team of 3.

You’ll be joining at an exciting time. Our product-market fit is great and the concept of making privacy and information security a central part of the business strategy is taking off.

We have a great market share in Denmark, where we are the #1 recommended privacy tool and are amongst the strongest challengers internationally.

Who are you

  • You love to ship things — Take half-baked ideas, finish them and ship them. You’ll find figure out a way forward, get buy-in and bring it to the finish line.

  • You love the process — Moving things forward step by step, testing out new ideas, figuring out what works and what doesn’t and documenting it along the way.

  • You are a marketing generalist who loves content — Your greatest asset comes from understanding marketing as a whole and having tried a lot of things.

  • You choose brand marketing over performance marketing — You understand the idea of creating demand versus capturing it.

  • You have experience — From running programs and being responsible for deliveries and results. And you can showcase some of your work.

  • You have small-team mentality — Willing to wear a lot of hats to move the team and programs forward, even if it’s not your strongest area. You love being a part of a start-up.

  • You are fluent in Danish and English.

  • If remote: You are within 3 hours of central European time (CET). Plus or minus in time are not important, just you have most of the day overlapping with customers and co-workers.


Things you will be doing

  • Channel improvements — You’re going to be responsible for growing some of our existing channels. Like taking our podcast and making sure it improves bit by bit, week over week and impacts our pipeline. Or building creatives for our paid programs.

  • Content planning — You’ll figure out a way to streamline our content production even more. Right now we publish 2-3 podcasts a week, run interviews, write articles and do a lot of social posting. You put it into a system where we use our resources the best, week after week.

  • Content distribution — You’ll take all the content we produce and figure out how to spread it to the world. Through email marketing, social channels, and partners. Building a solid content distribution plan that makes sure our message gets heard.

  • Helping product marketing — You’ll help product marketing take their ideas and make them real. Make sure graphics, brand, tone of voice and much more are on point. Take all product releases into the mix of content planning and distribution and make it seamless in the experience of our audience.

  • Building out our website — You create landing pages, new content forms, product pages and much more. You like keeping structure inside Webflow and maintaining our website design system to keep it easy to publish.
