Roles and responsibilities:
Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assist managers in understanding and implementing policies and procedures
Build a strong working relationship with our HR third parties
Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, and checking application forms
Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management
Prepare staff handbooks
Develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
Plan and sometimes deliver training, including staff inductions in a remote company
Requirements:
Previous experience with Human Resource and Working Practices work is a nice to have, but not essential
You have excellent proficiency in English. A secondary language is a plus, but not a requirement.
You love working with people who think a little differently and have no problem promoting your own suggestions if you think they are better than others
You are studying a relevant program or other relevant fields, and you are at minimum your penultimate year.
You would like to work a 50% position next to your studies for 6-12 months to gain practical experience
