Integrify is growing rapidly and we are looking for a key player to join us as a (Key) Account Manager to the business development team!
Integrify is a new kind of IT & EdTech consultancy company with annual +100% growth targets and we have succeeded in doubling our business for several years in a row.
Our approach differs from all the traditional IT recruitment companies as we are solely focusing on training and employing highly educated international IT professionals through different kinds of training programs planned to match the companies' needs. We have already +150 customers, such as TietoEvry, Digia, and M-Files.
The vision for Integrify is to become the leading training company for talented international talents in Europe and for this, we need hungry salespeople to acquire even more customers for us!
During 2021 we expanded our operations outside Finland to Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and The Netherlands and our revenue grew to 1.5M€. This year, we have continued our growth and secured 4M€ revenue. Next year we are looking to break the next milestone with the help of a new, talented and motivated (Key) Account Manager.

Building a strong sales opportunity pipeline, keeping prospects warm
Driving deals from lead to closing
Managing and building customer relationships with own accounts
Help the sales team to succeed with new ideas and positive vibes

Knowledge of IT & Recruitment business is a big plus!
