The tech-driven fixed interior design company A.S.Helsingö is growing and we are looking for a new Kitchen Designer / Showroom Manager to join our team in central Helsinki. As our new Kitchen Designer / Showroom Manager, you will get the opportunity to bring our mission to life by offering unique design products at a reasonable price to domestic and international clients in a company with a super exciting growth journey.
This is a full-time position and we're looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible.

The company’s collection of kitchens, storage units and paints are designed by Nordic architects and made in the Finnish lake district. A.S.Helsingö is growing fast with sales already to +20 countries via their online store. The company is expanding its international presence by opening branded showrooms in the European capitals.
The role and responsibilities
As our new Kitchen Designer / Showroom Manager you will have a broad role in both being the go-to-person for our customers in their projects and overseeing the customer service operations at our Helsinki showroom. Your responsibility areas will include e.g.
Being the go-to-person for our customers in their kitchen and storage solution projects
Helping customers to choose their desired products, and drawing 3D plans of A.S.Helsingö kitchens and storage units with our proprietary software tools
Setting the objectives and managing the sales & customer service team
Developing, documenting and aligning our customer service activities within brand guidelines and company strategy
Processing orders and conducting sales support and office work
We will give you a lot of freedom in your work but promise to be there with you, providing the right questions, sparring and guidance whenever needed

Our expectations
Passion about delivering outstanding customer service
Genuine interest in design, interior design or similar
Driven personality motivated by reaching ambitious sales targets
+2 year of previous work experience in kitchen and storage solution sales and planning
Strong organisational skills, flexibility and desire to work in fast paced environment
Excellent oral and written proficiency in Finnish and English
Previous 3D planning tool experience
Good teamwork skills and ability to also work independently
Readiness to work on Saturdays
