Our algorithm-driven marketing methods drive continuous demand for our products and we have excellent routines in place for nurturing and capturing that demand. Now we need your help to capture more of it.
Today, we help Swedish organisations such as the Royal Court of Sweden, Hemtex, MQ MarQet, ASUS and the Royal Institute of Art but also large international corporations such as Sigma Group and Nexer Group and important causes such as FBI Integrity Project, helping FBI agents whistleblow.
The position
Working with Sales & Operations, you will enforce our sales efforts, both in Sweden and internationally with hands-on work as well as take an active role in other company operations. This includes everything from understanding customers' pains and needs, customer meetings and inbound lead nurturing to contacting outbound leads and forming new small and large-scale partnerships as well as other related day-to-day tasks.
You will have a high responsibility and talk directly to companies (mainly HR Managers and Legal Counsels) and be with them on their journey from first contact and outlying their needs to the demo of the software, purchase and helping them succeed with Visslan.
By showing excellent performance, you may be offered to become a long-term owner of the company through our share/option programme.

The right candidate has a passion for, and preferably experience from:
Startups and the Swedish startup ecosystem
Talking to potential customers to understand their pains and needs in a solution- and customer-centric way
Long and short-term sales strategy
Interest in legal- and compliance questions or the will to learn more about the legalities surrounding whistleblowing
Contributing to social change and making a positive impact on the world
In addition to this, you are self-going, a quick learner and a problem solver, and most importantly responsible, target-oriented and with an unstoppable drive.
Requirements
You can commit part-time
You can work from Lund. Hybrid work is possible after settling in, although working from our office is preferred.
Fluency in Swedish and English
Experience within sales/startups and a strong passion for these areas
