Please note that this job requires you to both speak and write fluently Finnish and hold a Finnish passport. Swedish language skill is also a huge benefit for this role.

We're looking for an Operations Specialist to join our growing team based in Espoo. This person will support our daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experience and coordinating deliveries. The person we are looking for:

• Understand how to use a computer and general productivity tools

• Experience with CAD design is seen as a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided

• Excellent customer service and communications skills

• Superb teamwork skills

• Be passionate about innovative technologies and learning new things

• Manage installations and on-site work

• You enjoy traveling around when needed

• Excellent Finnish, English and Swedish language skills

• Due to working on government contracts, you must have a Finnish citizenship and undergo background checks

Experience with the following considered a bonus:

• IT support

• Bluetooth, wireless sensors, digital maps

• Experience with digital locks or access control
