About Eyecheck System

We are a fast-growing ocular-care startup from Oslo with a mission to accelerate and simplify access to specialist assessments. Our platform connects opticians, eye doctors and hospitals in one SaaS platform, allowing to share clinical images and test results within one common communication platform. 

For patients this means more appropriate and convenient patient journeys. For opticians and eye doctors we facilitate shorter and more effective communication channels, allowing for reassuring diagnosis and opinions from specialists higher up in the competence hierarchy.

For specialists, our secure and cloud based solution provides access to comprehensive patient information allowing for new means of care delivery, such as telemedicine and decentralised screenings and controls.

What does that mean for patients?

When you are faced with vision impairment, naturally you will visit your local optician first. If your optician suspects a medical issue that requires assessment by an eye doctor you typically have to wait for up to 12 months during which your condition may worsen.

With Eyecheck, your optician can share your medical information with our connected eye doctors, who will provide you with a medical assessment and diagnosis within days. In turn, this saves you worries and unnecessary trips to an eye doctor. 

Why is this interesting?

Digitisation in the healthcare industry is in full swing and ophthalmology is one of the best suitable medical areas for telemedicine. The demographic development in first world societies, the recent pandemic and the lack of health care personnel further increases pressure on the health care system and requires new and more innovative forms of care delivery. 

We want to lead the way within telemedicine and clinical communication in Europe by growing a sustainable network of ocular specialists, offering the best patient journeys possible. 

We have been growing in Norway with 30% each month signing with hospitals and major optician chains. We are now in the process of expanding further into Denmark, Sweden and potentially other European countries. Hence we are looking for a Marketing Manager Sales to support our commercial expansion in Scandinavia. 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for an energetic and creative marketing manager who has experience with creating impactful online and offline campaigns. Ideally you have experience with SaaS Marketing and or health care. You will develop our campaign in the Nordics and Europe, including Content, PR and Paid. You have practical and hands on experience with relevant tools and solutions and help us scale us further. This position gives you the chance to grow into a managerial role over time. 

The position is based at Oslo Science Park, in Oslo Norway.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and executing our marketing and PR strategies in collaboration with the management team

• Create paid and organic campaigns both for B2B and B2C segments

• Seeking-out and managing profiling opportunities, e.g. trade events

• Generate inbound leads for the sales department

• Flesh out our company’s tone and image in collaboration with the management team

• Continuously researching our market for interesting stories that testify or relate to the Eyecheck offering

• Creating and publishing fresh, regular content on relevant SoMe channels

• Owning and continuously improving our marketing pages

• Creating tailored content on relevant SoMe channels that attract target customers 

• Crafting compelling product messaging across multiple channels e.g. product launches, feature-specific landing pages, ad campaigns, social media posts

• Research and implement proper processes and solutions for the Marketing function

Requirements

• Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language

• 3+ years experience in International Marketing of SaaS solutions.

• Drive and initiative to maximise revenue continuously

• Good knowledge of SaaS product life cycles 

• Experience in or curiosity for the health care sector

• Experience with Hubspot is an advantage

• Able to discuss your portfolio of 2-5 years experience in digital marketing

• Competent with website analysis tools (Google Analytics)
