E-commerce Student Assistant / Intern

Design Letters is a Danish premium lifestyle brand developing and selling unique design products across multiple product categories and retail channels.

We create original pieces from our base in Copenhagen that are clear in their design and purpose. We believe in the human need for personal expression and creativity. Like language, our products enable individuals to creatively curate a collection of beautiful items — expressing individuality and elevating their everyday.

We are on a journey to combine beautiful jewelry and lifestyle products with innovative marketing and a smart Tech setup. We are looking for a smart and ambitious candidate/student to join our digital marketing team.

Your key focus:

• Email Marketing - Developing and layout of catchy and commercial emails while continuously analyzing results and best practices for improvement

• SoMe - coordinating and setting up SoMe campaigns with external collaborators

• Affiliate Marketing - Monitoring and support in building of affiliate network

• Shopify support - Assist with product related tasks across the online stores

• Collect and analyze user data to optimize the user journey

• Carry out detailed tasks to optimize the on page SEO 

• Supporting Brand building, customer service and communication with our stakeholders

• Maintenance of our image bank and distribution of marketing material to our collaborators and partners

• Various ad hoc tasks

About you: 

• You are a talented marketing communicator fluent in English.

• You are a structured, positive and service minded person and have a solid knowledge of Google Workspace, relevant social media platforms and a great feel for design.

• Drive and humor are also very important skills in our company.
