We are building a learning experience platform that will allow individuals and companies to have a new way to structure their learning and validate their knowledge more accurately.
We are a team of 3 co-founders based out of Stockholm and are now joined by fantastic team members (some remote, some in Stockholm), we are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to support our CEO and COO to achieve our ambitious growth plans.

What we're looking for
We are entering into a high growth phase for our startup building a learning platform for professionals, and so we are looking for a Performance/Growth Marketing Manager to help us reach our goals.
We are a small team so you will get ownership and responsibility from day one. You will work closely with our CEO, Innocent, and COO, Steph, and get constant guidance and support from them. We expect you to enjoy being in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative to come back with some creative solutions.
You will build upon the existing work we have initiated with digital advertising, marketing automation, SEO, and analytics. You will also be expected to identify new opportunities and platforms for us to utilize.
This is an unpaid internship to start over preferably 3-6 months, and if both parties would like to continue, there is the potential to move on to paid employment (but we provide no guarantees for this.)
Responsibilities
General:
Work closely with the founding team to align near-term initiatives with a long-term vision
Generate and communicate analytics reports with data-driven insights for improvements
Systems we use: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Hubspot, Squarespace, N8N, Notion, Canva
Top of the funnel:
Managing our activities on all digital channels and giving suggestions for improvement
Planning, launching and continuously optimizing paid ad campaigns to increase awareness
A/B-testing landing pages for user acquisition
Middle of the funnel:
Creating identifiable cohorts of leads for insight and management throughout the life cycle
Further developing our lead nurture sequence and onboarding process to optimize conversion to app
Identify opportunities within acquired users for B2B sales and create a lead sequence for sales
Bottom of the funnel:
Aligning with the Learner Experience (LX) team on insights about usage and opportunities for targeting
Collaborating with the LX team on outside-of-app initiatives to drive engagement
Supporting the LX team in setting up a referral program and further viral marketing opportunities.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Curiosity and interest in data analytics,
Experience in Growth Marketing/Performance Marketing/Business Analytics is required.
Independent, driven and creative individuals that will take their initiative
Interest in lifelong learning and constant upskilling (what we stand for!)
Details
Location - Flexible - the founding team is remote but some team members are in Stockholm
Length - Minimum 3 months, ideally 4-6 months
Start date - Ideally ASAP but we can discuss
