Role background

Droppe is an online wholesale marketplace that helps industrial buyers bulk order from Europe’s top equipment manufacturers. At Droppe, we are bringing leading industrial brands to one place, unlocking access to direct bulk orders, and ultimately, getting European wholesale more connected.

Since 2020, Droppe has served 600+ industrial buyers in 3 countries.

As a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist, you will have a central role to help both the local Sales teams as well as the global Marketing teams in their week-to-week tasks. Would you like to run and improve processes and be a backbone in day-to-day sales and marketing operations?

In this role, you'll get a lot of help and support on the way but are also expected to grow into a highly driven and detail-oriented person that can help flexibly both in the sales and marketing teams with different tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Run weekly processes and activities in the marketing team such as running weekly drip email campaigns, modifying templates, overseeing link tracking and marketing content in email marketing, and creating reports

  • Assist in sales operations such as handling prospecting lists, helping in creating large offers for sales account managers, adding product and customer data to the CRM, customer contact information collection, and improving these data handling processes by making them more time efficient

  • Get your hands dirty—contributing, executing, managing, testing, evaluating, and optimizing different sales and marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with teams across the company ranging from Product, Sales, Supply, Recruiting, and Growth to understand our customer's pain points and gains

  • Think global—help out teams and get exposed to all of our 3 country organizations as well as our current target markets in Europe (Finland, Sweden, Germany)

  • You can fluently communicate in English (plus one of: Finnish, Swedish or German)
