Our clients consist of both large corporations and consumers all over the world. We are a small, growing team that loves what we do, and now we are excited to get a new member of our Logistics team on board.

What you will learn

As part of the Supply Chain Team, you will get the chance to learn about the operations of a market-leading hardware development company that delivers products on a global scale. More specifically you will have a better understanding of the product lifecycle from the raw material sourcing through product delivery, until the recycling. Furthermore, you will also learn about the adjacent parts of the business that will provide you with an overall view to identifying the gaps to improve the sustainability of our efforts.

What you will do

As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will be responsible to make sure we will always keep sustainability in mind when making decisions within the company. This includes not just environmental factors, but also economic and social ones as well. We expect you to base the sustainability efforts on our current culture, goals, and vision. Given the size of our team, we seek someone who can adapt and make quick actions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Understand the company culture, goals, and vision

• Analyze the current processes and assets from a sustainability point of view

• Contribute to defining the sustainability goals

• Identify, prioritize and specify items based on the sustainability goals

• Kickstart and follow up the sustainability efforts

• Manage the delivery efforts 

Basic requirements

• Reliable, enthusiastic, and pragmatic personality

• Proven track record of understanding the current trends and methods of making a business sustainable

Good if you also have

• Knowledge of IoT / hardware development

• Experience in any of the following areas:

  • supply chain

  • manufacturing

  • business operations
