Who are we?
Oquam designs and develops software that supports innovation processes, including tools and eLearning. We aim to help people and organizations improve their innovation capabilities using digital tools. We are a small team of dedicated entrepreneurs offering a fun and friendly work environment where everyone is equal. We have many years of experience in innovation training/facilitation, organizational development, leadership, learning, personality types and technology development and are happy to share this knowledge with You.
What we are looking for:

We are looking for a student to work as a part-time frontend developer willing to take part in our journey of building our Angular 13+ frontend providing innovation tools, eLearning modules etc. You will be responsible for creating your own parts of our system while working with the rest of the team.
You:
Are structured when coding - strive to see the bigger picture and have a systematic approach
Can meet physical at our office at least once a week
Have experience with:
Angular and RxJS, preferably NgRx
REST APIs
Git and GitHub
Can act individually as well as work closely with team members
Can document and test your work
Have an opinion and are not afraid to express it to us
As a developer in a small startup company, you will be able to define your role based on your passion and skills.

This is a part-time job. We expect You to work around 10-15 hours per week, maybe more if You would like to, and this could lead to a later full-time hire.
