What we do
Digital file sharing is essential to a functioning business these days, but keeping track of what is shared, and who it’s being shared with can get complicated. This is where we come in: Tricent is a fast growing scale-up that provides companies with a tool to ensure compliance and insight into the files their users share, both inside and outside of their organisation. We provide our SaaS based solution to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace customers using Azure or Google Cloud Platform, with a combination of IaaS and PaaS. We are looking for not only one but two brilliant Product Owners to join us on our journey.
About the job
Together with our Chief Product Manager you will champion either our tool for Google Workspace or for Microsoft 365 and act as product owner.
You will be responsible for plotting the roadmap for the product, including scrum/kanban planning, specifying epics and stories and screening incoming ideas. You will maintain the backlog, conduct retrospects, and prioritise bug fixes and be a pivotal part of implementing all new features.
A very important part of your job will be to communicate plans and progress with stakeholders, including creating internal buzz around new features, and supplying the marketing team with relevant information. You will also run daily standups, participate in customer meetings, and be the go-to person for questions about our product.
Our dream candidate would have:
Experience working as a product manager/owner, scrum master or similar, with supervisory experience a plus
Experience from a fast growing Saas scale-up
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Good data collection and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
You should have experience with:
SaaS and web/mobile apps
Azure and/or Google Cloud
Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
Jira, Figma, Aha! or other relevant tools
