What we do
Tricent is a fast growing scale-up that provides companies with a tool to ensure compliance and insight into the files their users share, both inside and outside of their organisation. We provide our SaaS based solution to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace customers using Azure and Google Cloud Platform, with a combination of IaaS and PaaS. We are looking for a QA Manager to join us on our journey.
About the job
Together with our DevOps team and with reference to our Chief Product Manager, you will secure the overall quality of our SaaS deliveries, for both our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 product lines.
You will be responsible for beta and acceptance testing, prioritising bug fixes, and determining when new features are ready for release. You will set quality standards for Tricent products, and work to continuously improve them. Measuring user satisfaction will also be part of your job.
To summarise you will be the one to build, implement and operate the complete QA strategy in Tricent.
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience working as a QA Manager or similar
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or another field related to our product
Candidates should have experience with:
SaaS and web/mobile apps
Azure and/or Google Cloud
Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
Jira, Figma, Aha! or other relevant tools

How we recruit
