Right now, we are looking for sales associate interns to work on our sales team 😀

This position requires at least 15 hours per week and requires availability during daytime (Stockholm+1).

Initially, we prefer an on-site role during onboarding with the future possibility of going hybrid.

🤖We are a tech startup based in Malmö, Sweden. We built the world's first Reverse sourcing platform using Big Data and AI.

Our mission is to help online merchants find the best products to sell in their stores by the means of reverse sourcing. Our platform matches viable products on Amazon with the supplier sources, such as Alibaba in a matter of seconds.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the sales team, making your ideas heard together with our sales team and collaborate with the marketing and operations team.

  • Be our CSM and manage customer success.

  • Conducting sales research.

  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.

  • Updating documents and sales records.

  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.

  • Observing and carrying out sales processes.

  • Identifying potential weaknesses in the sales process and strategy and develop suggestions for improvement.

  • Assist the manager and senior staff by performing administrative and entry-level duties.

  • Be ready to work in a fast-paced environment with quick changes.

  • Create value for our customers throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications: We are looking for interns with experience in:

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, sales or similar may be required.

  • Sales experience within e-commerce

  • Good technical skills

  • Excellent business English

  • Strong self-motivation.

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.

  • Ability to cope with rejection.

  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.

  • Superb interpersonal skills.

  • A professional appearance.

  • Hungry for success!
