We're offering a Head of Finance & Web3 Ops position in Helsinki, Finland ( can be remote in the beginning).

What you will do

• Be responsible for and report the company finances ( P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)

• Manage and prepare company cash flow, financial forecasting, and modeling

• Manage and coordinate with the external accountants, auditors, and tax officers

• Support the CEO and the rest of the management team with strategies and strategic partnerships

• Support in fundraising and with documentation as well as investor reporting

• Manage tokenomics and Web3 investments

  
  

The ideal candidate has:

• High fluency in English, no Finnish required

• BSc or MSc in Accounting / Finance (for Business/Management Degree, real-life financial or accounting professional experience is a must.)

• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, etc.)

• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Proficient problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Knowledgeable in Web3 and Blockchain

It would be a plus if you also have:

• Experience working as a financial controller or other similar positions

• An understanding of finance/accounting/regulations both in Web2 and Web3 companies

• Expertise in business operation and management for fast-growing startups

• Experience in using data management systems such as AvaTax, Quickbooks, and Netvisor

• Fluency in Finnish / Swedish / Chinese / Vietnamese

• Experience in Fashion, eCommerce, and Blockchain
