This role is currently a 25 hours pr. month role and can develop into more for a successful candidate.
If you are a professional meeting booker and deal-closer, we are willing to compensate you with a fixed significantly higher rate of 1500-2500DKK pr. company depending on their size and interest.
About Copenhagen Float
Copenhagen Float is a floatation therapy and massage space located in central Copenhagen. Our goal is to provide unique relaxation experiences, to help our guests improve their mental and physical health & well-being. Floating is an effective tool for the prevention and recovery from stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD, as well as a powerful pain reliever and muscle restitution.
Within the last 2 years, we have increased our focus on our B2B partners. Due to the increased focus on well-being and mental health, we wish to continue growing our B2B partnerships.
The role
Copenhagen Float is looking for a part-time B2B Partnership Manager to help book meetings with prospective partner companies. There will be a possibility to raise the monthly hours if the candidate becomes successful in the role.
Your role will be to call prospects and have a dialogue with them to understand if it will be relevant to have a further chat about offering them a partnership that has no direct costs for the company but high health benefits for their employees.
You can expect to be on the phone with 100-200 prospects weekly.
You will work closely with our Growth Manager who will help you step-by-step.
Who are we looking for:
We will make it really simple. All we are looking for is someone with a positive attitude that absolutely would love to work a few hours a week with our Growth Manager reaching out to companies by phone. The companies we call are generally really open to speaking as they are curious about what floating is and the fact that our agreement has no direct costs for the company. You are therefore not selling and closing but establishing an interest in our B2B company deal and setting up meetings for our Growth Manager.
However, here are a few things we are looking for in the right candidate:
Have a talent for cold calling
Loves to be on the phone with people
Have great communication skills and a good sense of humor
Have a good work structure and excellent at following up with prospects.
Speaks fluent English and Danish
Has experience working in a sales target-driven environment
Works well independent
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Passioned about creating outbound activities through personalized email, cold calling, and social selling for opportunity qualification
As our Growth Manager lives in London, this role will be remote, but you will of course be able to visit our float space if you are based in Copenhagen.
Salary expectations:
125-170DKK pr. hour or between 1500-2500DKK if you choose to be hired commission-based per closed deal
