GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Platform Managers for our Copenhagen office - RISMA Systems A/S
RISMA is growing fast, and we are looking for new colleagues for our Product Operations and Adoption Team in Copenhagen, which consists of 11 dedicated, ambitious, and accommodating colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for solution configuration, customer onboarding and successful implementation and adoption of our GRC-software with Danish and international companies and authorities You will also be an important part of the day-to-day product support and development of our customer relations. The Product Operations and Adoption Team is a cornerstone in our commercial success, and we work hard create the foundation of long-term strategic relationships with our customers and ensure they realize full value from their investments. With our GRC Platform we engage broadly across organizations. We advise customers on best practices, address the need for unique customer configuration, and provide guidance on the step by step roll out of the platform.
RISMA is currently scaling our business throughout Scandinavia, and we will be rolling out a new ESG/sustainability solution in 2023, so you will join the company at a very exciting time where we will be taking our business to the next level. Taking ownership of the customer experience in RISMA
Configuring customer solutions
Managing and driving customer onboarding projects
Training customers to maximize their success with the RISMA Systems software
Daily customer support
Conducting on site and virtual meetings, trainings, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions
Gathering customer input and requirements and making sure they are reported and followed up through the dedicated internal channels.
Making sure all deliverables to our customers are handled and completed, both technically, creatively, and consistently.
Keeping updated on all platform content, functionalities, and services
Knowledge Base content creation/technical documentation
Presales activities e.g., participating in sales meetings, contributing to tenders, and setting up demo solutions
Identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities
If you have knowledge about ESG/Sustainability, GDPR, IT security, ISO-standards, Risk management and organizational compliance in general it is a big advantage
Preferred two-three years’ experience from a consultant, product specialist/manager or Customer Success position in a SaaS company
Tech-savvy and software enthusiast
BA, master’s degree or equivalent
Trustworthy and passionate about building and maintaining great solutions and customer relationships
Business acumen and good understanding of different verticals
Strategic mindset and good understanding of decision-making processes
Good teaching skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
Structured approach and self-driven
Experience with Jira, service and CRM software
Experienced user of Microsoft Office
Native level Danish and excellent English skills
