What we look for
We are looking for people with experience from Talent Acquisition and Tech Recruitment to work together with our clients who are exciting brands and leading product companies, startups and scaleups.
You will work with the full talent-cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing the recruitment pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers and drive initiatives for building a great employer brand.
Giving the best possible candidate experience is important to you, and when working as a consultant with Coody it’s crucial that you are communicative and can work well with others.
Experience from full-cycle technical recruitment.
You have a sharp toolbox for sourcing developers, designers, testers etc.
Knowledge from any of the well known ATS/recruitment systems.
Swedish and English fluently in spoken and written.
