B2B Sales Executive (Finnish speaking)

We are now looking for the newest addition to our rad team. 


As the B2B Sales Executive your role would include:

  • Contacting new and existing customers, incl. cold calls, booking meetings. 

  • Developing new ways to get in those hot, hot leads.

  • Closing those deals, hitting monthly sales targets.

  • Reporting and closely analysing our sales pipeline.

  • Being a vital part of our small but growing team, reporting directly to the CEO.


What we're looking for:

  • You are comfortable with getting No’s yet passionate about getting that Yes.   

  • You are at ease making cold calls to C-level executives.  

  • You see opportunities around you, aren’t afraid to run after a hot lead or to develop the way our sales process works.  

  • You have 2+ years of experience in sales.  

  • You are fluent in Finnish and English.  

  • Are familiar with digital sales tools.  

  • You’re a solid team player who takes responsibility and takes action but does not let one’s ego get in the way.

The job involves traveling. Currently MAJ operates in the Helsinki, Tampere and Turku regions. Soon enough we will be heading to international waters.

MAJ has thousands of customers and 50 service providers. Our B2B customers today include e.g. employers, corporates, care homes. MAJ is founded by three sisters on the value promise of Beauty & wellbeing belong to everyone.
