Flic is a boutique product development company in Stockholm with a mission to make interaction with tech products as simple as possible. Our clients consist of both large corporations and consumers all over the world. We are a small, growing team that loves what we do, and now we are excited to get a new member of our Logistics team on board.
What you will learn
As part of our Delivery Team, you will get the chance to learn about the daily operations of a market-leading hardware development company that distributes products on a global scale. More specifically, you will have a better understanding of the product lifecycle from the factory to the end consumers. Both in Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business environments. Furthermore, you will also learn about how to communicate with customers through various channels.
What you will do
As the number of our customers is growing we need help to handle the questions and requests that they might have. In the position, you will need to have a lot of patience, understanding, and technical affinity to answer the questions of our beloved customers. As for all parts of our business, we also expect you to provide us with ideas on how to improve and innovate. The main areas that you will work with are:
Sorting and answering customer requests on various topics (e.g. shipping, warranty, sales, product functionality)
Managing, automating, and improving our customer support structure
Occasionally helping out in other operative tasks related to delivery
Basic requirements
Student status for at least 2 years
Reliable, precise, and creative personality
Availability approximately 20 hours a week
Great interpersonal- and English communication skills
Basic knowledge in IoT/wireless communication/hardware development
Willingness to learn about the technical aspects of Flic products
Good if you also have
Deep knowledge in IoT/wireless communication/hardware development
Basic coding skills
Interest within the Smart Home segment
Experience in any of the following areas:
supply chain
manufacturing
customer service
