We're fast at work revolutionizing Privileged Access Management (PAM) with our Admin By Request product suite. Our company is growing and we're looking for a skilled macOS developer to help us take our Mac client to the next level and ensure the continuous success of our platform.

About the role

As part of our macOS team, you'll primarily be working on brining the Mac client up to the same functional level as our Windows client to support the growing number of Mac users using Admin By Request. 

Besides writing great code, you'll also be a sparring partner in the technical architecture space, as well as ensure code quality, do code reviews, participate in 3rd level support (when needed), help create CI/CD pipelines, and implement other DevOps practices. 

Skills You’ll Need 

You'll need to be comfortable in a startup- and DevOps-based environment, where the main concern is things working as a whole. This may sometimes mean interacting directly with customers (for bug hunting etc.). 

To succeed in the role, it's a requirement that you have several years of experience with application development for macOS. Our current client is based on Objective-C, so you'll need that have solid experience with this, or a similar OOP language. 

Also a plus (but not a requirement) is experience with one or more of the following: 

• Kernel- and system extensions 

• Mobile Device Management technologies like InTune, Jamf etc. 

• Active Directory (Azure AD, Okta etc.) 

• CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, test and deployments 

Most importantly, you need to be a team-player, passionate about creating valuable software, and keen to take part in setting the direction for our company and products going forward. 

As we're on a growing journey, we're currently evolving our processes and tools to fit this situation – hence you'll have a big say in how we work together as a team. 

Are You the Right Fit? 

Duo to the complexity of our product, we're looking for senior profiles with real world experience and the insight to create secure, performant, and scalable code and architecture. 

We don't care all that much about your educational background. You might be self-taught or you might have a college degree – it doesn't matter to us. As long as you have solid experience in creating applications for macOS and you’re experienced with the inner workings of the operating system – we're happy. 

Our office and primary development team are located in the heart of Aalborg – but that doesn't mean you have to be. Some tasks and meetings will have to take place IRL, but whether you’re located in Aalborg, Copenhagen, or even another country, isn't that important.
