We have decided to end bad customer service experiences and need your help!

To end bad service, we need to know which employees are adding the most value and who are not. So right now we are kickstarting a project which must figure out how to get the most accurate measurement of employees' influence on great customer experiences.

We have data and ideas, and we hope to inspire you, to get your own ideas on how to utilize our data and develop version 2.0 of the Frontliners Employee Performance Score.

We hope that you might even have project management skills and will be able to help manage the project, which also involves developers and behavioral scientists.

It might be nice for you to know that our current AI Model is implemented in Microsoft Azure Machine learning studio and has been written in Python. However, if you feel we are better off using something else, we will be listening.
